We are located over in Purnea, specifically in Sharda Nagar. The office is run through the care of Manju Prakash. If you are from the 854301 area, you probably know where Sharda Nagar is. It’s a growing part of town. Nayi Disha Properties started because we saw a need for someone local to help with land and houses here. Purnea is developing, but it still has that small-town feel where everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s a simple setup where we can sit down and talk. We handle a lot of local residential plots. Sometimes people come to us when they are moving, or when they finally saved up enough for a bit of land. We spend a lot of time checking records and making sure everything is clear. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of dust and paperwork to deal with. We don't use marketing scripts or anything like that. We just talk like normal people. If a plot has a good road connection, we say so. If the price is too high for the area, we’ll mention that too. We just want to do good business in our hometown. Most of our clients come from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We just keep things moving, one property at a time. It’s a steady job and we like staying connected to the people around Sharda Nagar.
