Choudhary Masala Udyog

Choudhary Masala Udyog is located right on the Main Road in Purnea City. We are situated near the Sree Dham Sarai Durga Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone living around here. Our work is all about masala. We spend our mornings and afternoons grinding and packing. It is loud and can be a bit messy, but it’s what we do. The Main Road is always full of traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines outside. We don't really pay much attention to it anymore. We have a small group of people working here. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure we have enough masala ready for the local shops and families who use it. The area near the Durga Mandir is special to us. We see people going to pray every day while we are busy with our bags of spices. It’s a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We keep the place running as best as we can. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them, or the power goes out and we have to wait it out. That’s just life in Purnea City. We are just regular people doing a regular job at our spot on the Main Road. We've been at it for years and we'll likely be here for many more, just keeping the grinders going and the bags full and ready to go.
