Alfa Hospital

Over in Purnea, we have Alfa Hospital, and we mostly deal with bone and spine issues. It’s located in a part of Bihar where people often have to travel quite a bit for this kind of specific help. The hospital is a busy place because bone problems can really slow a person down. We see people who have had accidents or older folks whose backs are giving them trouble. It’s a lot of looking at X-rays and talking about how to move better. The building is functional. We have beds for people who need to stay over after surgery or for treatment. Purnea is a place that feels very grounded, and our hospital is the same way. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the bones and the spines. The doctors and nurses are usually busy walking the halls. It can get a bit loud with all the patients and their families, as people often bring several relatives with them. We try to manage the crowd as best as we can. It’s hard work because bones take a long time to heal. You have to be patient. We just take it one day at a time, helping folks from all over the Purnia area get back to their normal lives. It’s not a glamorous job, but seeing someone walk out on their own after a bad injury is what keeps us going. We just do our best here.
