We’ve been out here in Lohardaga for quite a while now. Most people know the Hindalco name around Jharkhand, but for us, it’s just the daily routine at the Mines Division. The office is over at the Head Operation Mines. It gets pretty dusty out here, which is just how it goes when you’re dealing with this kind of work every day. We spend most of our time making sure the operations keep moving along without too much trouble. It's not always easy, especially with the weather or the terrain, but we just get on with it. People here have been working together for years, so everyone knows their part. We aren't big on fancy speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the work at the site, and head home.
