Sridhi Nidhi Limited

We are located in Puri, right on Chakrakot Lane in the Baliapanda area. Our office is at H No. 840/14, which is Kanha Panda’s place. It’s a familiar spot for many people living around here. Sridhi Nidhi Limited is a simple operation where we look after the savings and small loans for our neighbors. Being so close to the ocean, the air always smells a bit like salt, which is nice, but it does make the metal chairs rust a bit faster. We have a small office with enough room for a few of us to work comfortably. We aren't trying to be some massive financial institution. We are just a local Nidhi company that knows the people we serve. Our days are pretty routine. We open up, sweep the floor, and get the ledger books ready. There is a lot of talking involved, as people like to sit and chat for a bit while they do their business. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just a basic computer and our records. Sometimes the power cuts out during the monsoon season, so we keep some candles and a flashlight handy. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to be helpful and keep things honest. It’s a good place to work, and we like being part of the Baliapanda community.
