Sri Nilachal Travels

We are down here on Kanhuvilla Lane in the Swargadwar area of Puri. Most people know this part of town because it’s always busy with people heading toward the beach or the temple. Sri Nilachal Travels has been operating out of this small spot for a while now. It’s not a big fancy office, just a place where we keep the keys and talk to people who need a ride or a plan for their trip. My family started this because we knew the roads around here better than anyone else. Living in Puri, you see a lot of visitors who look a bit lost, so we just started helping them get from one place to another. It is mostly about keeping the cars clean and making sure the drivers show up on time, which is harder than it sounds during the festival seasons. The lane here can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when the sea breeze kicks in and everyone comes out. We usually just sit outside on the plastic chairs and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in. We don't have a big website or anything. If you are walking around Swargadwar, you will probably see our sign near the corner. We know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic when things get stuck. It is just a regular local business, nothing too complicated about it. We just try to get through the day and help people reach their hotels or the station without too much trouble.
