Our office is located in Puri, over in Sarbodaya Nagar. It’s actually at the residence of Dr. D. Nanda, which makes it easy for locals to find. Being in Puri-2, we’re part of a quiet neighborhood that feels a world away from the busy tourist spots near the temple. Sika India uses this space as a local hub. It’s not a massive industrial building or a sleek office tower. It’s a practical, local setup where we handle the paperwork and coordinate our activities. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff—desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that are starting to show their age. We don’t have a big corporate staff here, just a few of us who know the area well. The sea breeze sometimes reaches us, which is nice during the hotter months in Odisha. We spend our mornings responding to emails and the afternoons checking on local projects. It’s a very grounded way to work. There’s no pressure to look fancy for anyone. We just focus on doing what needs to be done and keeping things organized. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, but we’ve learned to work around it. It’s just how things go in a place like this. We are just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything moving in the right direction. It's a quiet life but we stay quite busy with our daily routines.
