SHUCHI NIDHI LIMITED

We are based out of Madanpur in Khurda, specifically at Shisir Kumar Dhir’s building in B.R. Pur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main parts of Bhubaneswar, but we like it here because it’s a bit more peaceful than the city center. SHUCHI NIDHI LIMITED is just a small operation. We have been working out of this spot for a bit, and most people around here know where we are. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we handle the accounts. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a decent cooler that keeps things manageable most days. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the evening, depending on how much work there is. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their money. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. It’s more about sitting down and going through the books one page at a time. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we try to keep the floors clean, though it’s a losing battle sometimes. We are just regular people trying to help out other regular people with their small savings. It is not a very complicated life. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the village. It’s a decent way to spend the day. There is always something to do.
