Shrikhetra Travels is located in the Balagandi Bazar area of Puri, under the 752001 zip code. Balagandi is a very lively part of town, always filled with people, shops, and a lot of movement. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a simple place, nothing like those big travel companies you see in the major cities. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. The bazaar can be very loud and crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't have any professional marketing language or a big mission statement. We are just local folks who know the travel business in Puri. We deal with the heat, the rain, and the busy crowds just like everyone else around here. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear the person on the phone, but that’s just part of being in Balagandi. We don't try to sound more sophisticated than we are. We just do the work, manage the bookings, and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. We’ve been here for a long time, so most of the other shopkeepers in the bazaar know us well.
