We are located at 390 on the 4th floor, specifically in Gali No. 7 of Durga Puri Extension in Mandoli. It’s a tight squeeze up here sometimes, but Royal Rajasthanwala Food Productsprivate Limited manages just fine. The stairs are a bit steep when you are carrying boxes, but it keeps us fit and awake. We focus on food products that remind us of home and our roots. Most of the people working here are from the neighborhood. We started this because we wanted to see more traditional flavors in the shops around Mandoli. It’s not a massive factory with assembly lines. It’s more like a large kitchen where everyone knows what their job is. We spend a lot of time tasting things to make sure the spices are balanced. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of living and working in this area of town. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people can find the right door. The street below is always loud with people and rickshaws, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We are just regular people trying to build something for our families and the community. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just make food and hope people like it.
