Larsen & Toubro Ltd.-Ecc Division, Gcss Site, Puri

We've been set up here in Puri at the GCSS site for a while now. The office is over in the Convent School Lane area, right by the Zilla School. It's a busy spot. Most of us at Larsen & Toubro Ltd.-Ecc Division spend our days dealing with the local logistics and making sure the work at the site keeps moving along. It isn't always easy with the weather and the traffic around the school, but we manage. People know where to find us since we're near A.G.S. Naidu's place. It’s just a standard work site office, nothing too fancy. We have our desks, some files, and usually a lot of dust from the road. The Orissa heat gets to us sometimes, but the work has to get done regardless. We aren't here to make a big show of things, just doing the construction work we were sent here for. Most of the guys have been on this project for a few months. We talk to the neighbors occasionally when things get loud. If you are walking down towards the Zilla School, you'll see our sign. It’s a practical setup for the crew. We try to keep things organized despite how hectic it gets. It’s just how it goes when you’re working on a big site like this in a town like Puri. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
