Jindal Stainless Ltd

Down here in Madhipur, things move a little slower than in the big cities. Our office for Jindal Stainless Ltd is located in the Baharana post area of Puri district. Abhaya Ku. Behera is the one you’ll usually see handling things at the E-address. We’re surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is nice when you’re dealing with something as cold as stainless steel all day. The 752120 area is mostly known for other things, but we’ve been here doing our bit for a while. The building isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s sturdy. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the rain starts pouring down during the monsoon. It gets very humid here, so the papers often feel a bit damp and the ink takes a while to dry. We handle local logistics and make sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go in this part of Odisha. Most of our neighbors are farmers or have small shops, so we’re a bit of an oddity with our metal business. It’s a friendly place though. We don’t have many visitors from outside the district, but we keep the gate open just in case. The daily routine is pretty much the same—sorting through paperwork and checking the inventory lists. It’s a quiet life in Madhipur, and we’re quite content with the way things are going at our little branch.
