Jay Jagannath Yatra Tour & Travels

We've been here in Matimandap Sahi for a while now. Puri is a busy place, especially during festival seasons, so we stay pretty active helping people get around. Jay Jagannath Yatra Tour & Travels is mostly about making sure folks find their way to the temples and beaches without too much trouble. It's just a small office here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but that's just how it goes in this part of town. People come from all over India to see Lord Jagannath. We help with cars, maybe a bus if a big group shows up. It isn't anything fancy. We just know the roads well and which decent spots are good for a quick meal. My family has lived in Puri for generations. We know the shortcuts. If someone needs to get to the station or find a specific matha, we usually have an answer. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Most days we are just busy checking schedules. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to be patient with the crowds. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local area. We try to keep things moving. It's honest work. Sometimes things get delayed, but we do what we can. We like being part of the pilgrimage experience for those who visit our city.
