Jagannath Touring Center

We set up Jagannath Touring Center right on Grand Road, directly across from Goenka Dharmasala. It's a busy part of town, so there's always something going on outside our door. We focus on showing people around Puri and the nearby areas. It's not just about the temple; there are lots of smaller places people often miss, and we try to include those in our routes. We have a variety of vehicles depending on how many people are traveling together. Some are old, some are newer, but they all run fine. The heat in the summer can be tough, so we tell people to start their tours early in the morning. Our staff consists of a few drivers and a couple of us who handle the bookings. We aren't a big corporate agency; we're just local people who know the area well. Sometimes we have to change plans because of rain or road closures, but we always figure it out. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just talk to our customers and tell them what's worth seeing and what's not. It's a simple way of working. Most of our day is spent coordinating where the cars are and making sure everyone gets picked up on time. We've been at this spot for years and don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day in Puri.
