Itd Cementation India Limited

We are based out of the Railway Colony in Dhanpuri, which is in the Shahdol district. Specifically, we’re at Qtr No.B/11. It’s a bit of an old-school area, being a railway colony and all. My father, P.K. Mukherjee, was part of the community here too. At Itd Cementation India Limited, we focus on the heavy lifting—bridges, tunnels, and big concrete structures. Being near the railway means we’re used to the noise and the constant movement of trains. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few computers and a lot of maps of the surrounding terrain. Shahdol has its challenges, especially when the weather turns, but we’ve been here long enough to know the tricks of the trade. We aren’t here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re here to make sure the engineering gets done right. Sometimes the tea runs out and the printer jams, but the actual construction work keeps moving forward. It’s a simple life of work, home, and more work. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. People know we’re the ones to talk to when there’s a big project starting up near the tracks. It’s just a regular group of people doing a tough job in a quiet town. There are always muddy boots by the door and plenty of talk about the next phase of construction.
