Deestha Foundation

The Deestha Foundation is based out of Ananda Puri, specifically in Block B on Jessore Road. This part of Barasat is usually quite active with people coming and going. We have our little space here in the North 24 Parganas district. It isn't a massive corporate building, just a regular office where we handle our foundation work. We chose this location because Jessore Road is a main artery and it makes it easier for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We deal with various tasks throughout the week, mostly focused on things that help the local community around Barasat. Our team is small and we all live nearby so we know the area well. Sometimes the traffic on Jessore Road makes things a bit slow, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big marketing teams. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the foundation, and get to it. Living and working in North 24 Parganas means we see the real needs of the people every day. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. Being in a residential block like Ananda Puri keeps us grounded and connected to the neighbors. We try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door with a question or a request.
