We are over on Boring Road at the house that belonged to Late Chandeshwar Prasadat. It’s in the S.K. Puri area. The house itself is older, with high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. It’s not a modern facility with glass walls; it’s a home. We spend our days here making sure everything is running okay for the residents. There’s always a lot to do, from fixing a leaky tap to making sure the kitchen has enough supplies for the week. We sit in the common area quite a bit just talking or keeping an eye on things. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, getting noisier and more crowded, but inside these walls, we try to keep things steady. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us, the staff, and the people who live here. We go through a lot of cleaning supplies and tea. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard when the sun isn't too harsh. It’s a quiet kind of life, even if we are busy with the chores. We don't put on any acts. If the floor is a bit scuffed or the paint is peeling in a corner, it's because this is a place where people actually live and work every day. It takes a bit of effort to keep an old place like this going, but we manage. No one is looking for awards here.
