Adiodi Fashion Private Limited

Adiodi Fashion is based out of Sunapada Mouza in the Uttarasahi area. Our post office is Nuasasan and we’re in the Puri district. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main temple area, but we like it here. The plot number is 990. We focus on fashion, which sounds a bit grander than it actually is. Mostly, it’s just us working with fabrics and trying out different styles to see what sticks. The air smells a bit like the sea since we aren't too far away. We’ve got a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I’m doing the accounts and the next I’m helping pack up a shipment. It's not a polished corporate office. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs are a bit old. We spend a lot of time talking to the local suppliers. Dealing with the heat is the hardest part of working here in Orissa. We try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too bad. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just make the clothes and hope people like the way they look. It’s a simple business, really. We just show up, do our work, and go home to our families in the evening. There is not much else to it than that, just day to day work.
