Setting up Abiba Pharma out here in Nayahat was something we did because there wasn't much else around for a while. Nayahat is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things move a bit slower. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get things delivered on time. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially when it rains, so sometimes the stock arrives a day late. We have a small warehouse space where we keep everything organized by type. It’s a simple setup with wooden shelves and a heavy iron shutter at the front. My brother usually handles the deliveries while I stay back to manage the orders. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit; we’re usually in old shirts moving boxes around. People from the nearby villages often stop by to ask if we have certain things in stock. We try to keep a bit of everything, but sometimes we run out and have to wait for the next truck. The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings, which is nice after a long day of counting tablets and checking expiration dates. We’ve had some trouble with the electricity lately, so we bought a small generator to keep the lights on. It’s just us working hard to keep the business running in Nayahat. No big corporate goals, just daily chores and making sure we don’t lose any invoices in the mess.
