Vdc Empire And Developers Privatelimited operates out of New Godwan. Our office is located in Pahsi Lane, at the property of the late Mahendra Prasad. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. We are developers, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out what can be built there. It is a slow process sometimes. There is a lot of waiting for permits and waiting for materials to arrive on the trucks. We don't have a big staff with suits and ties. Usually, we are just in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site. The office on Pahsi Lane is where all the paperwork happens. It gets a bit cluttered with maps and drawings. We try to keep it organized but construction is a messy business by nature. We have seen many changes in the New Godwan area over the years. We just want to contribute to the neighborhood by building things that stay standing. Some days are better than others. When a project finally gets finished, it feels good to see it. We don't do much advertising. Most people know us because they see us working around the lane. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we get tired, but there is always something new to do tomorrow. We just keep our heads down and get the bricks laid.
