We started this tea business in Raxaul because tea is such a big part of life here. Our place is over by Gandhi Chowk, near Motin Ramchandra's area in East Champaran. It is a small setup. We spend most of our days making sure the tea is right. People around here in Dhaka and Raxaul know us by name. It isn't a fancy office. We just deal with tea leaves and packing. MD Irfan is who you look for if you come by. Sometimes the weather gets really hot or it rains hard and things slow down, but that is just how it is in Bihar. We do not have a huge staff. Just a few of us working. We handle everything from the basic sorting to getting it ready for people to buy. It is honest work. Most mornings start early because people want their tea first thing. We are not trying to be some giant international brand. We just want to supply the local shops and families nearby. The address is a bit tucked away, but everyone knows the landmark. If you are ever near the chowk, you can see what we are doing. It is mostly just bags of tea and a lot of talk about the local markets. We have been here for a while now and the routine stays the same. The work keeps us busy from morning till evening.
