PADHASTA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

PADHASTA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Jai Hind Colony, which is right near the Majhoua Bandh. We work out of the care of Savita Devi. It is a bit of a different vibe over there compared to the main city center. It feels more like a community. We do various industrial projects, which means we are often dealing with manufacturing or equipment. It is heavy work and it keeps us on our feet all day. The area near the bandh can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we are used to it by now. We have a small crew that has been together for a long time. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of employees in suits. Most of us are in work clothes most of the time. We spend our mornings checking the machines and making sure the supplies for the day are ready. It is a lot of physical labor and problem-solving. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure out a way to fix it ourselves. We aren't really into big advertising. Most of our work comes from people in the industries nearby who know we do a fair job. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure our workers are taken care of. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are going.
