Our place is on the first floor right in Raza Bazar, Motihari. If you know where Dr. Ajay Verma stays, then you’re basically right there. Being in East Champaran, we see a lot of different kinds of building needs. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s more about a few of us sitting in the office planning out where the next load of bricks needs to go. The streets around Raza Bazar are always crowded, so getting materials in and out takes some doing. We handle construction projects with a very practical mindset. We look at the site, see what needs to be done, and then we get to it. There isn't much fluff in how we talk or how we work. We’ve got our registration and our local contacts, and that’s mostly what we need to keep going. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain stops everything, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the job finished without making a big fuss about it. People know us as the local guys who work near the doctor’s clinic. It’s a decent spot to be in, right in the heart of the town. We just keep our heads down and worry about the foundations and the roofing. It’s what we know how to do. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere soon.
