Nandani Buildcon Private Limited

Nandani Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Motihari, specifically in East Champaran. We work out of House No. 58 in Banjariya, which is Gautam Giri’s place. If you are familiar with this part of Bihar, you know it’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of things. We aren't some big corporate machine. We are just a small group of people trying to build things right. Sometimes we’re dealing with rain, sometimes it’s heat, but we stay busy with the local construction needs. Gautam manages things from the house. It's a simple setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking on work sites around the 845401 area. We don't have a marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and seeing the work we do. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the field. We like the local vibe here in Banjariya. It’s home for us. We just try to stay honest about what we can do and when we can do it. There are days when everything goes smooth and days where nothing seems to go right, which is just how building things works. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we plan on staying. It's just simple, daily work for us. We just try to keep the wheels turning.
