Nai Soch Nai Rahen Foundation

You can find the Nai Soch Nai Rahen Foundation over at Jay Mahavir Colony, right by the Devi Sthan. We are set up at Shrawan Kumar’s place, he’s the son of Chandra Shekhar Prasad. It’s a family-oriented spot and that suits us just fine. Having our base in a residential colony means we’re always around people we know. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people just know us by word of mouth. It gets a bit crowded in the office when more than three people show up at once, but we always find a chair for everyone. We spend our days handling whatever comes through the door. Some days it’s paperwork, other days it’s just talking to neighbors about local issues that need fixing. We try to keep things grounded. There’s no point in acting like a big corporation when we’re just a local foundation. We’ve had some long nights sitting around the table trying to figure out the best way to handle things. It’s a learning process for all of us. The area around Devi Sthan is always active, so there’s never a dull moment. We just wanted to create a place where things could get done without a lot of unnecessary fuss. It’s not perfect, the floor is a bit uneven and the lighting is dim, but it’s ours and we’re proud of what we do here. We just take it day by day and do our best.
