Macropure Rice Industries Private Limited is our business in Motihari. We are located in the Chandmari area. It’s a well-known part of the town. We chose Motihari because it's a major hub for rice in this part of Bihar. The name Macropure sounds a bit technical, but we are just regular people working in the rice industry. Our facility in Chandmari is where everything happens. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a working mill. The streets around Chandmari can get very busy, so managing the logistics of getting rice in and out is a daily task. We are a Private Limited company, but we don’t have a lot of hierarchy. Everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Some days we are fixing the sorter, other days we are managing the warehouse. We don't have a marketing department. We rely on the quality of the rice we process and our reputation in Motihari. It's a dusty job and the noise of the machinery is something you get used to after a while. We have been here for some time now and we've seen the area change. But we stay at the same spot. We don't want to move because our roots are here. We focus on the daily grind. It’s not always easy, especially when the power is inconsistent, but we make it work. We are just a local industry trying to do right by our community.
