KHUSHRUDR CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the village of Munriar. We are in the Tola-Munriar section, which is part of the Akorhi Gola block. This is a very local operation through and through. Since it is an OPC, it is a one-person company on paper, but there are always a few hands helping out whenever we have a project on the go. We focus on construction work in this specific part of the country. We don't have a high-rise office building or a fleet of fancy cars; it is just a house in the village where we keep the records and plan the next day. Most of the work happens outdoors, dealing with raw materials and local laborers. Life in the village moves at its own pace, and we work right along with it. Some days are very long, especially when the sun is hitting hard in the afternoon. We have been part of this community for a long time, so most people already know who we are. We don't really do any advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. If someone needs a foundation poured or a small structure built, they usually just walk over to the house. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment, just the tools that get the job done right. It is a simple way of doing things. We handle the local building needs and just try to keep moving forward.
