Our office sits right above the CBI bank on Rulahi Road here in Motihari. It’s a convenient spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy files or equipment. Jai Prakash Prasad is the one who keeps things running around here. We do a lot of infratech work, which mostly means we are always worrying about supplies and labor. Motihari is a busy place and the traffic near the bank can get pretty loud during the day. We don’t have any polished floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a workspace where we try to organize the chaos of construction. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out with some tea. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. Most of our work is out in the field anyway. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the trucks are on schedule. It’s a lot of manual coordination. People stop by all the time because they saw the sign or know someone who works here. We try to be helpful, but mostly we are just focused on the projects we have going. It’s a regular job for us. We get to the office, check the lists, and go where we are needed. It’s practical work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening every single day.
