Jyotideepali Constructions is located in Bariyarpur, over in Motihari. Specifically, you can find us at the spot where Jai Prakash Prasad and Shambhu Sharan Sah have put in years of hard work. We are in the East Champaran area, which has its own rhythm and way of doing things. Our setup is pretty basic because we prefer being on-site rather than sitting behind a desk all day. There is always something to fix or a new foundation to pour. We use simple English here because that’s how we talk to our crew and the folks who live nearby. The roads around Bariyarpur can be a bit of a challenge during certain seasons, but we manage to get our equipment where it needs to go. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a local team that understands how to build things that last in this climate. Sometimes we spend hours just arguing over the price of bricks or where to source the best gravel. It is not always smooth, and there are days when things don't go exactly as planned, but we stick with it until the job is done. We don't bother with fancy brochures. Most people just come by the office or catch us at a site if they want to talk about a project. It’s just us, working hard in Motihari and trying to keep things moving in the construction trade. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
