Chandmari Construction Private Limited

Our setup is located in New Chandmari in Motihari, which is right in the heart of East Champaran. We have been doing construction work around this area for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of Bihar, and there’s always someone looking to put up a new wall or fix a roof. We are not a giant company with hundreds of people. We are just a local team that knows how to handle a trowel and a level. Most of our days are spent out in the heat or the wind, making sure the labor is doing what they are supposed to do. It can be a real headache sometimes when the materials don't show up on time or the weather turns bad, but we just deal with it. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We just show up at the site and get to work. Most of our jobs come from people seeing what we did for their neighbors. We do the basic stuff, mostly houses and small shops. The roads around here can be a bit rough for the heavy trucks, so we've learned how to manage the logistics over the years. We keep things simple and try to finish what we started so we can move on to the next task. It’s hard, physical work, but it feels okay to see a building finished. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business going one brick at a time.
