Agenzene Pharmacy is a one-person company run by Satrudha Kumar Ram. We are located in the village of Piprahiya Tola, which is in the Areraj block of East Champaran. It’s a rural area, so our way of doing business is very personal. We aren't tucked away in some city office building. We are right here in the village where we can see our customers every day. The office is small and functional, mostly just a place to keep the medicine stock safe and dry. Being in Purbi Champaran means we have to deal with some challenges like bad roads or power cuts, but that is just part of life here. We don't have a big staff. It is mostly Satrudha handling the orders and the transport. We focus on getting basic pharmaceutical supplies to the local people who might not have easy access to the big city stores. It’s a lot of driving around and talking to people in the nearby panchayats. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished language. We just tell people what we have in stock. The business is built on being reliable and staying local. We keep our costs low so we can keep going even when times are slow. It’s a quiet kind of work but it feels important to the people in Piprahiya. We are just a small part of the local economy here and we try to do our best.
