Aasthadev Constructions Private Limited is located in the village of Jhauwaram, which is under the Dhaka police station in East Champaran. It’s a quiet area, and we run our operations right from here. Most of our work is spread across the local villages and towns nearby. Since we are based in Jhauwaram, we know the local land and the people quite well. We do all sorts of building and construction jobs that people in East Champaran need. It could be a small house or something a bit bigger for a local business. We don't use much fancy equipment, just the stuff that gets the job done right. Being out here means we have to be resourceful. We manage our own teams and try to make sure everyone is working hard every day. Dealing with the weather is probably our biggest challenge, especially during the rains. We aren't some big city firm; we are just local guys who know how to build. People come to us because they know where we live and they've seen the work we’ve done for their neighbors in Karsahiya or Dhaka. It’s a simple setup we have, and it works for us. We spend our days on-site or figuring out the next steps for a project. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the community here. We just want to keep building things that last for the people around us. It is nothing flashy, just real labor and getting the walls up.
