Our place, Success Booster Innovators LLP, is located in a spot called Doman Banki. We’re set up care of Dumaria in the Ghatshila area. It’s quite different from being in a place like Ranchi or Jamshedpur because things move at a different pace out here. Ghatshila has its own vibe, and being in Doman Banki means we’re surrounded by a bit more green and a bit less concrete than the city folks. The office isn't anything you'd call high-tech or flashy. It’s a solid building where we sit down and figure out how to help people move forward with their ideas. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s basically about sitting across from someone and working through a problem until it’s solved. The drive out here can be quite nice, depending on the season. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. Usually, it's just a pot of tea and some clear table space. Being part of the Dumaria community is important to us. We know the people around here and they know where to find us if they need something. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we’re trying to do. We spend our days looking at papers, talking on the phone, and trying to make things better for our clients in a very practical, hands-on way. There’s no corporate manual telling us how to act; we just act like ourselves.
