Asuti Infra is located at number 32 in the Hume Pipe Bustee area of Sakchi. It’s a busy, crowded part of Jamshedpur, but it’s where we feel most at home. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on various infrastructure and civil works. The office is right in the heart of the action, which makes it easy to get to most of our project sites. It’s a small place, often filled with the smell of tea and the sound of people talking over the noise from the street. We aren’t a big, polished firm with lots of middle managers. We are just a few people who know the construction business inside out. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting materials through the narrow streets around Sakchi. It can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve figured out how to make it work. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate values. We just try to do a decent job so people don’t have to complain later on. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of paperwork with the local authorities. We take things one day at a time. If a problem comes up on a site, we go there and fix it ourselves. That’s just how we do things. Being in Hume Pipe Bustee keeps us grounded and close to the people we work with every day.
