Welkin Group

Welkin Group is tucked away on the second floor of the New Market building in Durgachak. Our address is D/ 1. Being in the market means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening downstairs. You can hear the vendors shouting and the smell of food from the stalls comes up through the windows. We’ve been in this office for a good long while. The stairs are a bit steep and they creak when you walk up them. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with various business services and paperwork. It’s a lot of typing and checking documents. We don't have a big reception area or a polished lobby. People just walk in and we help them with whatever they need. Some of us have worked here for years and we know the regulars who come by. We aren't a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people working in a market office. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait it out or use the lanterns. It’s part of the charm of being in an older part of town. We don't spend time on fancy brochures. We just do the work and hope it’s enough to keep people coming back.
