Upanje Foundation

Upanje Foundation is located at Arvind Kumar’s place in Ward No-13. We are in the village of Beldaur, specifically in the Beldaur Anchal area. It’s a small place. Most people around here know each other by their first names. Our office isn’t really an office in the way people in big cities think about it. It’s just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up to talk. We don't have a big staff. It’s usually just a few of us from the village who handle everything. The road outside is dusty in the summer and muddy when it rains. We have some benches outside where people sit and wait if we’re busy. We don't have a website or a big marketing team. We just do what needs to be done every day. Sometimes we have to travel to the next town for supplies or to file papers. It’s a quiet life here in Beldaur. We don't have fancy office equipment. A few desks, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We keep track of everything manually for the most part. It’s how we’ve always done it. If you’re looking for us, just ask anyone in Ward 13 for Arvind’s place. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We usually start our mornings with a glass of water and a look at the to-do list.
