Being based in Pune, we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Trans Engineers India Pvt has its roots here. It is a busy city, and our place reflects that. We do engineering work, mostly involving parts and technical drawings. It is not always pretty. Sometimes the workshop is loud and there is grease everywhere, but that is just how it is. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. They know their way around the equipment. We do not spend money on fancy websites or big billboards. Most of our work comes from people who already know what we do. The address might seem a bit hard to find if you are not from around Maharashtra, but we have been here long enough. Life in Pune is fast, so we try to keep up with the schedules. There is always a lot to do. We drink a lot of tea while going over the daily tasks. It is just a normal workplace. No one wears suits here unless there is a specific reason. We just want to finish the day's work and head home. It is practical stuff, really. Nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. We take it one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without making a big deal about it.
