Shree Renuka Sugres Ltd

Our place, Shree Renuka Sugres Ltd, is located out in Patikhali, Durgachok. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but it’s where the work happens. We are right next to Tapan Mondal’s place. In this part of West Bengal, things move a bit slower, but the work in the sugar industry is always constant. We handle the bulk side of things. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the supplies are coming in from the farmers. The facility is practical. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture for the office. We'd rather keep the equipment running well. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. They’ve grown up around these fields. It’s a gritty job. You get sticky, you get tired, and the sun can be quite harsh out here in the open. But it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. If you come by, you’ll just see people in work clothes moving bags or checking the scales. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with, from the suppliers to the transport guys. It’s about keeping the business steady. We’ve had our share of ups and downs with the weather and the market prices, but we’re still here in Durgachok, doing the same work every day. It's just the way we have always operated the factory here.
