We have been here in Sutahata, Haldia for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away in this part of West Bengal where things can get a bit slow but the industrial work keeps us busy. Most of us arrive early because the roads around here can be unpredictable with all the trucks coming from the port. It is not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks, some old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle things for Lurgi India Co Pvt Ltd from this specific branch. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and talk near the gate. The air is salty because of the water nearby. It is a quiet village area mostly, and everyone knows each other. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything like that. Usually, someone brings a tiffin or we get something from the small shops down the road. It gets really humid in the summer months, so the fans are always running at full speed.
