Kunrir Swapna Foundation

We are over at Kunrir Swapna Foundation, which is located in the village of Radhaballavpur. We operate out of Nasiruddin Laskar’s premises. It’s a very local setup, right in the heart of the village community. You won't find any skyscrapers or massive office signs around here. We just have a modest space where we do our day-to-day tasks. Nasiruddin is a familiar face in the village, which helps people feel comfortable coming to us. The vibe is very relaxed. We might be sitting around with a cup of tea while we talk through what needs to be done for the week. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take things as they come. The village life is slow but steady, and we try to match that pace. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just tell it like it is. It’s a simple building with basic furniture. Sometimes the cows wander past the door, and that’s just part of the charm of working in Radhaballavpur. We don't feel the need to use big, impressive words to describe what we do. We are just a group of people working from a village house. It’s practical, it’s real, and it’s where we belong. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. There is no need for anything more than that. It works for us and for the people around here. We just keep things moving.
