Our place is out in Vill- Jhagra, near Rajganj in West Midnapur. Being an agency means we spend a lot of time dealing with boxes and crates. It’s not just a shop where you sit down, but a lot of local vendors come to us to get their stock. We have big chest freezers lined up against the walls. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, so getting the delivery trucks in and out takes some work. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. My brother and I handle most of the heavy lifting. It’s a simple building, nothing special to look at. We keep the floors swept and the freezer temperatures checked. People from the surrounding villages know to come here if they need bulk orders for a party or a small stall. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the truck is late from the city. We just tell people to come back the next day. It's a bit of a trek to get out here, but we've been in this spot for a long time now. We just focus on the inventory and making sure the cooling stays on. There is always a lot of paperwork with the suppliers, but we get through it eventually.
