Vivekodhaya Pragyajyoti Foundation

We are located over at MNAV/45 in the Bengal Ambuja Housing Development area here in Durgapur. Subrata Mitra is usually around the place since the office is set up right there at that address. It is a busy part of Bardhaman but quiet enough once you step inside the doors and get away from the street noise. Most days start early with some tea and just getting the paperwork sorted on the desks. We have been in this part of West Bengal for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know the Bengal Ambuja area well. There is always someone coming or going through the Durgapur Municipal Corporation area, so the street stays pretty lively throughout the day. We keep things simple here without a lot of fancy furniture or big signs. It is just a regular office space where we get our work done for the Vivekodhaya Pragyajyoti Foundation. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just how things go around here. People from the neighborhood stop by now and then to say hello. We have got a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual stuff you see in a local spot. It is not a huge operation but it works for us. Living and working in Durgapur means dealing with the heat in the summer, but we have got fans running all day to keep it manageable. It is a decent place to be based out of.
