Uspine Care Clinic

Down on the Main Road in Kharda, you will find Uspine Care Clinic. Kharda is part of the larger Kolkata area, and it has that same busy energy you find everywhere in the city. Our clinic is right where the action is, so there is always a crowd outside and plenty of noise from the buses and taxis. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. We have a tall desk where we handle all the paperwork and a couple of rooms for seeing people. The exam tables are simple, with basic covers that we change out all day long. We have a lot of charts on the walls showing how the back and neck work, which helps when we are trying to explain things to people. The floor is made of that old grey stone that stays cool even when it’s humid outside. We spend a lot of our time writing in big ledgers and filing away notes from previous visits. It’s not a high-tech office with glowing screens everywhere; it’s more of a practical place where we get to work as soon as someone walks in. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us a cup in the afternoon, which is a nice break. We’ve been part of this street for a while now, and we know most of the other shop owners around us.
