Our place is at 159/A K G R Path South, which is quite close to the College More area. It's where Unicoat Tea Industries Private Limited operates from. Dealing with tea means there is always a lot to manage, from the leaves themselves to the packing and the shipping. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of floor space covered in tea chests. The building is a bit on the older side, but it serves its purpose for what we need to do every day. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. Instead, we are busy checking the quality of what comes in and what goes out. It gets a bit dusty, and the smell of tea is everywhere, which is fine by us. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. It’s just a group of us working through the inventory and making sure the tea gets moved. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, especially near the busy intersection at College More where the traffic is always backed up. We have our routine and we stick to it. It’s about being practical and getting the tea ready for whoever needs it. There isn't any secret to it, just showing up and doing the same tasks well enough to keep things going. We like being in this neighborhood; it feels like the right place for the business to be.
