You can find us over at J.K Nagar Bazar in the Bidhan Bag area. We are located with Tarakeshwar Roy. It’s in the Paschim Burdwan district. Udgami Edific is a small group of us who handle building and construction projects around here. Bardhaman is a busy place, and the bazar is always crowded. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls. It's just a regular room where we keep our files and meet up in the morning. We spend most of our time out in the heat at different sites. We do things like masonry and basic structural work. We’ve been working together for a while, so we know how each other works. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the supplies are hard to get or the client changes their mind about a wall. We just roll with it. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big management words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We like working in our local area. It feels good to see a building finished knowing we did the hard work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal. We just want to have enough work to keep everyone busy and pay the bills. If you see us at the bazar, we are probably just grabbing a quick snack before heading back to a site.
