Out here on Hahnemann Sarani in Angadpur, the atmosphere is definitely industrial. We’ve got our setup here where we work with alloys and different types of iron. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where we need to be for this kind of work. The facility is large and can get quite hot when the production is in full swing. You can hear the hum of the machinery from the moment you walk onto the property. We don't have any fancy landscaping or a polished lobby; it’s just a working site. We spend our time monitoring the furnaces and making sure the mix for the alloys is what it’s supposed to be. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the clock. The shifts can be long, and the environment is dusty, but that’s the nature of working with metal. We have a small office area where we handle the orders and keep the logs, but most of the action is out back. The road outside can get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing through Angadpur, especially during the monsoon season. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on getting the heats right and the loads shipped out. It’s a straightforward life here, centered around the metal and the machines, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place over the years.
