Our place is right on BB Ghosh Road, near the Jailkhana More. It’s a busy spot, especially being opposite the Inox Bigbazar. You can’t really miss us if you’re looking for the SBI ATM, as we are right beside it at number 41. The traffic out there is constant, and you can hear the rickshaws and cars all day long. Inside, we try to keep things as calm as possible, even if it’s just a basic clinic setup. We’ve got the usual dental chairs and some old magazines in the waiting area that probably need replacing. People often stop by after doing their grocery shopping at the Bigbazar or after catching a movie. It’s a convenient location for the locals who live around the Jailkhana area. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who handle everything from answering the phone to cleaning up the surgery room. We talk to our patients like regular people because that’s what they are. There’s no need for big medical words that nobody understands. If someone has a cavity, we show them and tell them how we can fix it. Sometimes it’s busy and we run a little behind schedule, but we try to keep everyone updated. It’s a practical little clinic that serves the immediate community. We’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own children here. That’s just how it goes when you’ve been in one spot for years. It's a simple life.
