You can find Silver Flame Bricks Private Limited over in Sripally, right near the R.K. Cold Store on G.T. Road East. We are based at Arabinda Sadhu’s place. Being close to the G.T. Road is very helpful for us because that’s where all the transport happens. We see trucks moving up and down the road all day and night. Our day usually starts with checking what came in and what needs to go out. The cold store nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find our office for the first time. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the orders to the billing. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and we usually have a pot of tea going. The dust from the road sometimes gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s honest work. We deal with all sorts of customers, from people building a small addition to their house to bigger contractors. We don't go in for any big marketing talk. We just focus on the bricks and making sure they get delivered without too much trouble. Sometimes the trucks get backed up all the way down the road, and we have to go out and help direct them. We keep a big container of drinking water for the drivers because it gets so hot. It’s a small thing, but they appreciate it.
