Shree Krishna Mart

If you go down to Nadanghat More, you'll find Shree Krishna Mart right there. It’s where most of the locals stop by. We aren't a big supermarket like you see in the cities. We just keep the shelves stocked with what people in Nadanghat actually need. I’ve lived around here forever, so opening this place felt like a natural thing to do. The post office is close, so there’s always people walking around. Sometimes it gets a little dusty when the trucks go past the more, but that’s just life on this road. We open early and stay open until it gets dark. Most of the time, I’m the one behind the counter, or maybe one of the kids. We know most people by their first names. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We don't have fancy lights or a website. Just a simple door and some goods on the shelves. People come in to chat as much as they do to buy things. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and we don't plan on going anywhere. The location at the crossroads makes it convenient for everyone. It’s just a basic shop for basic needs. We don't try to make it more than it is. If we don't have something, we try to get it for you next time. That's just how things work here at the mart.
