Our business is based in Vill-Kamalpur, which is in the Mangalkote area. We work out of Sk Luftar Rahaman’s house. It is a very rural setting, far away from any big city noise or traffic jams. We mostly deal with textiles and handicrafts, things that take a bit of time and effort to put together by hand. Our daily life involves a lot of coordination with local artisans and workers from the surrounding villages who bring their skills to the table. There isn't a showroom or a fancy office here. It’s more of a workshop and a storage space where we keep the finished goods safe. You might see some thread, fabric scraps, and half-finished items lying around on any given day. The pace of work depends a lot on the season and the availability of people during the harvest times. We don't have any big corporate rules or a strict dress code. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the heat and the dust. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the handicrafts to make sure they are up to the mark. Sometimes we have to travel a bit on a motorbike to get our supplies or to send the products to the bigger towns. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading stuff.
